Biography
Katharine is a master's student in Creative Technologies with an emphasis on audio technology and sound engineering. Having double-majored in physics and music, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Beloit College. She has professional experience in undergraduate research in astrophysics and acoustics while assisting music professors during her time at Beloit College. In addition, she has worked on radio audio production and news writing at WGLT, and K-12 math tutoring at Sylvan Learning Center.
Outside of work, Katie can be found creating multimedia art, writing, organizing recording sessions at Redbird Studios, or playing with her three cats.
Functions at the Center
Katharine is the Communication GA. She will work with the Comm team on the production of communication media.
