My motivation to become a college professor
Having exceptional professors and not-so-exceptional professors helped me to realize the academic community needs people who will work tirelessly to excel at their job performance, who care genuinely about the well-being of their students, and who seek to improve the reputation of their institutions.
I want to continue to improve my teaching in the following ways
I want to continue to encourage my students to participate in class by helping them to understand that doing so is practice for participating in business meetings.
The most rewarding aspect of teaching for me
The most rewarding aspect of teaching is seeing my students grow. I love to see a student who rarely spoke become a student who is confident with sharing his/her ideas.
