The most rewarding aspect of teaching for me is watching students grow over the course of the semester. Not only do I get to analyze my teaching effectiveness by monitoring their progress, but I also get to watch their confidence grow as well.
The most challenging aspect of teaching for me is
Adapting to each individual's unique learning style. To provide an optimal experience for my students, I try to apply different teaching techniques and adjust according to student response. This not only keeps the course fresh, but may help other students better understand how they learn best.

I was very approachable and dedicated to helping the students. This really meant a great deal to me since it is my goal to not only help students understand the material but to make sure they understand that I am here to help them, not hinder them…
