Dear Colleague,
The deadline to have old ReggieNet courses migrated and saved in Canvas is next week – Wednesday, November 1. We encourage you to consider these two important questions:
Do you have any courses in ReggieNet which need to be migrated into Canvas for future semesters? If so, please make your request by Wednesday, November 1. After that date, course site owners will have to back up their data piece-by-piece themselves. This will only be an option until Nov. 30, after which time ReggieNet will be shut off for good.
If you previously had courses migrated from ReggieNet, we encourage you to confirm that all of your content is present in Canvas. Some instructors have reported missing items in tests and quizzes. This was fixed by re-migrating the affected courses. If you find your migration is missing content, please email ProDev@ilstu.edu and include the full title of the course(s).
Extensive teaching support is available on the Center for Integrated Professional Development’s Canvas Instructional Support pages.
The Center’s support team is available to assist instructors and staff Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at ProDev@ilstu.edu or (309) 438-2542.
Instructors should send their students to the Technology Support Center for assistance using Canvas. The TSC can assist all users, including instructors, with basic technology concerns, like logging into Canvas or installing mobile apps.
