The Center for Integrated Professional Development offers a variety of workshops throughout the year. However, departments are encouraged to request customized professional development for their faculty to meet their unique needs.

National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity
This nationally-recognized, independent organization provides online career development and mentoring services for faculty, post-docs, and graduate students. Members of the Illinois State community can join for free.

Candidate Welcomes
The Center can provide an information packet for faculty candidates. For chairs/directors/deans candidates, we can provide 20-minute in-person sessions which provide the candidates with an overview of the Center’s programs and services. Please e-mail ProDev@ilstu.edu to request them.
